1. Project Cancellation:

If you decide to cancel your project, the refund policy is as follows:

  • If you have made a 100% full payment for the project, you will be eligible for a 20% refund of the total project cost. And amount will refund in your bank account or through upi channel within 45 Days.
  • If you have not made a 100% payment, the amount is non-refundable.

2. Source Code Request:

  • If you request the source code of your website or app due to project cancellation, an additional cost will be incurred. This is because releasing the source code poses a risk to our business.
